Payments

The Avant UI Team does not process order payments. The payments are processed securely by third parties providers as specified at moment of the purchase. We reserve the right to request a refuse or cancellation of any order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. All the transactions are subject to the respective providers policies. All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the service providers at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, transactions or other monetary transaction interactions.

Refunds

You may request a refund in case of problems with service availability or major issues. You have a 7 day limit to request a refund. In order for a refund request to be reviewed and processed, you agree to provide all necessary information requested by the Avant UI Team.

All services provided by Avant UI and all content therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Avant UI and its owners.
